The only shots you'll see and hear at this funky Annandale joint are the shots of deliciously golden espresso being pulled by one of the expert baristas on hand. A cafe that embodies a lifestyle, and is more than simply a venue for a bite to eat and a cappuccino, Revolver sports one schmick fit-out, with a colourful graffitied feature wall, marble tables and plush red stools. The menu here is a simple affair, but this doesn't stop hungry locals packing the place out, most of whom declare the coffee to be fantastic.

Great local, but wish no-one else knew about it!
Had lunch here on a Friday. Lots of mums-with-prams, and extremely child-friendly and accommodating staff. We ate outside, as at 12.40 on a Friday the place was full. It's open from 8-4 so they do an all-day breakfast, with some great extras like 9-hour slow baked lamb with capsicum and fresh tomatoes, zucchini stack with haloumi, field mushrooms and tomatoes and a burger and wedges that looked fabulous. Iced chocolate was full of icecream and chocolate sauce, and the coffee was great also.
A really lovely mermaid adorns the outside wall of this beautiful corner two-story building (can't wait to see the wide upstairs balcony turned into a night-time wine bar, sigh). The staff are ultra-friendly, and because the place is tucked away in a backstreet of Annandale it escapes the traffic and passing trade. A great place for locals, pity others know about it!
