Looking over Hindmarsh Square, this swish restaurant on the ground floor of the Crowne Plaza Adelaide adapts to its guests' and city locals' needs for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks and light bites in the bar. The cool and intimate tone is set by charcoal-grey walls, banquettes and chairs, with flashes of warm browns in the timber tables and section dividers across the dining room. Chef Bradd Johns, whose culinary expertise includes an appearance on the British MasterChef, peppers his mod-Oz/European menu with South Australian produce, offering everything from top-class grills and super gourmet burgers to fresh seafood and interesting delicacies such as oxtail ravioli.
