With the pleasing contrast of classic Thai dishes and ultra-modern decor, this funky crowd-pleaser hasn't even had a chance to stop for breath since opening back in 2008. Red Spoon has become so popular that after two short years it's already spawned a sister restaurant in Castle Hill.
The extensive menu can be intimidating for those not familiar with Thai cuisine, but stick to the signature dishes section of the menu and there isn't much that can go wrong. The menu is constantly changing, but if the heavenly spare ribs or braised pork belly are available, do yourself a favour and order two serves: one for now and one to take home.
