Housed in the heritage-listed former Nowra Valley fire station, this modern eatery offers diners a unique experience unlike any other in the area. The refurbishment of this building is simply phenomenal; arching windows look out onto the street, high ceilings add an old-world elegance all of its own and the outdoor courtyard has the perfect amount of rustic charm.
Co-owners Heidi and Brinley take turns in the kitchen, bringing their own style to each dish. The one thing that remains constant, however, is that the menu allows the fantastic produce from the local region to simply speak for itself.
