Be sure to book because you won't be the only one who wants to check out this great restaurant and their menu of modern Australian-style native cuisine. The meats are all-Australian, including emu and crocodile, but the real surprise is in the use of native Australian fruits, vegetables and spices. Even those who've lived in Australia all their lives are likely to find a new and exotic flavour or two, from the sharp zing of native dukka to the quandong chilli glaze on the kangaroo steak.
