Red Door is one of those rare-as-hens-teeth gems that anyone with tastebuds wishes would swing open their doors in the local neighbourhood. Equal parts bakery, patisserie and cafe, it's a shining bastion of quality food in the nefarious "bakehouse" category.
Here you'll find pretty much everything made fresh on site from the gourmet pies to that cult following-inducing creme brulee tart. Just to prove what overachievers they are, these guys also make a mean cup of coffee to boot.

Wowza!
I am kind of discouraged to write a great review on here as I would love to keep this gem to myself, but I feel obliged to. This is little bakery tucked in the quite streets of Croydon, is without a doubt, the best bakery in Adelaide. The Moroccan Lamb with Eggplant Sausage Roll and Angus Beef Pie with Shiraz, Pancetta and Mushrooms are incredible! Well worth the trip for a lazy morning/afternoon snack, and would highly recommend making the trip from whatever part of the city you live in!!!
