Red Chilli Sichuan Hot Pot has the recipe for success. Since opening in 2002, the group's fourth and latest restaurant can be found in the heart of Glebe. The venue's specialty is Szechuan huo guo (hot pot) and as the name gives away, it arrives at your table simmering. Under this roof, you are the chef and choose the level of spiciness and sides to add to the continuous boiling broth, of course with the guidance of the professionals. Be warned, your tastebuds will be on overload as one spoonful will leave your senses tingling.
