After 15 years at the previous location, the Enmore stalwart Razor's Edge has been reincarnated as the bistro in the newly renovated Queen Victoria Hotel. Hosts Wayne Brown and Ray Fisher are still at the helm, bringing the same great service that made the original Razor's so popular.
For those worried that the food may decline to the standard of usual pub grub: fear not. A teriyaki confit pork belly or braised lamb shanks in white wine, lemon and thyme with a parmesan risotto should put your mind at ease.
