Virtually a Canberra institution, Rasa Sayang has been doing it well for more than twenty years. Great selection for vegetarians and if you're a little scared of losing the back of your throat, you can ask to have the spices turned down a notch.

Tasty Malaysian cuisine
Our party of 3 had Kedah Beef Curry (tender beef curried in chilli, lemongrass, salted beans and tomato), Ayam Siob (oven-baked crispy-skinned chicken marinated with tamarind, ginger, onions and coriander, served with mild spicy tamarind sauce) & a Bean Curd, Vegetables & Meat Hot Pot. These dishes were served with steamed jasmine white rice. Each dish had a unique delectable flavour reminiscent of authentic Malaysian cuisine. We finished our meal with sweet icy tasty chendol for dessert.
Overall, it was a pleasurable dining experience. We are glad we chose to dine here on the off chance while visiting Canberra.
