Skippy, some would argue, doesn't belong on the menu. At Randall's, however, he's given pride of place - as is the emu and crocodile. Native bush berries and lemon myrtle flavour some of the dishes at this 'bush tucker' restaurant, where you may find your meal served on a sheet of paper bark. There are some European- and Asian-style dishes available, but the 'Bush Tucker Hot Pot' - a veritable feast of crocodile marinated in wattleseed; and kangaroo and emu served with riberries, bush tomato chutney and veges - is the house specialty. Those wanting to steer away from meat can put in a special request for vegetarian or gluten-free versions of some of the mains.
