The guys at Radwan Bakery have hit on a simple and effective formula: do one thing extremely well rather than many things mediocre. Here, the focus rests squarely on Lebanese pizza, available in just a couple of varieties featuring meat, cheese and authentic herbs and spices. It's to their credit that this place has quite following, mostly doing takeaways, though there are a few seats you can grab if you want to relish the smell of fresh dough. Radwan Bakery is couched on the Major Road strip of shops in northern Melbourne's Fawkner.
