Professionals in Punjabi cuisine, the team at Raavi's Cumin craft a unique cultural and culinary experience drawn from the rich international experience of its owner and head chef, Ravi Gandhi. A third-generation restaurateur and chef, Gandhi has garnered praise in London, the Middle East and back in Mumbai, focusing on the traditional spices and thick gravies characteristic of North Indian cuisine. By combining modern cooking techniques with traditional recipes, Ghandi's own restaurant displays a mighty range of vegetarian, chicken, beef, lamb, seafood and pork curries, with highlights such as the homely Methi Murg, a combination of chicken with fenugreek leaves mixed with freshly pounded spices, and the Maachi Rarra, one of the chef's many original dishes, featuring fish fillet in coastal spices and a special tomato-based sauce.
