Quinlan's on High is an upbeat cafe with a double purpose: firstly, to deliver quality mod-Oz cafe food to hungry Freo dwellers and visitors, and secondly, to do so through employing commercial cookery and hospitality students from the Challenger Institute and the University of Notre Dame. So, with every cup of coffee or toasted sandwich you order, you're supporting young local talent, and possibly the future of the Freo food industry, which is a worthwhile cause. Open for lunch on weekdays, Quinlan's on High offers gourmet Turkish bread sandwiches, soups, salads, nachos and much more.
