The-restaurant-formerly-known-as-Tribeca has undergone a bit of a nip and tuck, and a change of identity - finally emerging as the rather swanky Quaff. The refurbished space has a simple European-ish feel, with dark timber and candelabras. Despite the swish surrounds, Quaff takes it easy during the day - adopting a casual tone for breakfast and lunch, and only bringing out the formalities at dinner. The menu features the European-influenced creations of ex-One Fitzroy Street chef John Psanis, such as his hearty and warming fish pie with parsley mash. Diners are also spoilt by the range of house-made breads and pastas.

A Lovely Lunch for a LOVEly day!
Heading out for a low key Valentines Day lunch, we actually had the intention of eating elsewhere. When we perused the menu it sounded delightful and what was even better is that they offered a $30 two course lunch special including a glass of wine! Already won over by the menu, we were locked in. But the bargain is of little value if the food matches the cheap price... But my partner and I enjoyed a stunning two course meal, complimented by lovely wine and excellent, faultless service. It was one of the nicest lunches we've enjoyed in a long time.
Can't wait take my friends back sometime soon!!

Very Attentive Service
The starters and mains were lovely, dessert was a little boring. The waiters were very attentive. The lighting in the beginning was perfect but then it was dimmed just that little too much.
