Pulse is housed in a beautiful old building in central Sydney that was built in 1884. However, the cafe itself is anything but old-fashioned, embracing the very modern trends of organic produce and freshly squeezed juice combinations. The tiny cafe has bench and pavement seating for a lucky few, but most of their business is in takeaway burgers, salads, panini, soups and juices - all organic, of course.

Great organic food for a nice price
This place serves great burgers - The tuna burger they serve uses fresh moist tuna rather than the canned fish. Their beef burger uses decent beef mince with flavour.
