At Public Dining Room, it's all about getting back to nature while still enjoying the creature comforts. With the water almost at your feet, leafy trees overhead, and rays of natural sunlight streaming into the wide open room and outdoor deck, you'll see that it's "public" in style but private in its calm waterside enclave. Rising from the ashes of former eatery Watermark, Public Dining Room offers a Mediterranean-tinged dining experience that's well suited to its Balmoral Beach locale. Chef Nick Raitt makes use of seasonal produce, so you may find anything from crispy-skin saltwater barramundi to gargantuan chargrilled grain-fed eye fillets. A fine wine from the wine bar makes a nice addition to a summery afternoon or eve out a Public Dining Room.
