From the pair behind that other Surry Hills legend Bodega, this new venture of Elvis Abrahanowicz and Ben Milgate is a tribute to the fine city of Buenos Aires and its traditional asado. The two-level, 300-seater restaurant promises to deliver on meat, meat and more meat and won't discriminate: pork, lamb, goat, chicken, seafood and whatever else can be thrown on the live coals of the asado grill are on offer here, and it's sure to be one popular cook-up.
