If Damian Heads started well with the original Pony in The Rocks and only improved things with his Steel offshoot in the CBD, then surely this northside diner is the perfection of that same model.
Heads keeps things par for the course at the Neutral Bay incarnation of Pony, with a menu similar to the one that has made the original such a success. The 'ain't broke, don't fix it' approach may not work for everyone, but when you're consistently producing food this good, you'll hear few complaints from us.
