Everyone knows that coffee is an essential ingredient when curing a hangover. And yet Tiger, Tiger, proprietors of some of Perth's best brews, are not open on Sundays when you're likely to need them most. Well, never fear. Your Sunday conundrum is now solved thanks to this diminutive cafe. Polly, the new shoebox-sized cafe in the Perth Cultural Centre, is the next project from Tiger, Tiger founder Brandon Harris. The coffee is, as per usual, excellent; the panini are simple but tasty and nourishing; and the conveniently central location means you can get here no matter where your Saturday night ended up.
