The massive windows of PM's Cafe, which ensure a stunning view of all the happenings occurring on Bay Street, are lined with a long, thin bar (for plates, papers and elbows). The stools are just the right height for catching glimpses of Port Melbourne's hot-to-trot locals going about their daily business, and if you concentrate hard enough you may even steal a snippet of juicy conversation as they pass by. PM's is a cross-breed of cafe and milk bar: it's somewhere you can get your milk, satisfy any sudden Paddle Pop cravings, stop for a light lunch or order a coffee in a bowl-like mug.
