The real deal
I have been to many yum chas over my life span (30 years) and well I must say this one is one of the best. The service was quick and reliable and were more than accomodating for kids. The main event, the food, was sensational. They were serving items I didn't even know existed or you could get at yum cha.
The dumplings which are my favourite, were your normal prawn and/or pork based. Additional small dishes of sweet & sour pork, to name one, surprised me but was well received on my table.

My advice, get in early as the tables run out quickly, with queues forming quickly for tables.

It's good to know the the north west has good restaurants too.

Plumage
I have been to Plume Highpoint a few times now and I can tell you that if you like yum cha then you will love Plume. Tha food is very traditional and very good. The hardest part is deciding what dishes not to have as there are so many and they are all so good...
