Platform One


Offering a refined and urbane setting in two former train coaches, Platform One allows diners to feast on sumptuous mod-Oz delights such as Sydney rock oysters, and duck leg braised in pinot noir.

The real treat here is the selection of fresh fish on offer, including whole baked baby snapper, wild barramundi fillet, or the flathead, either baked whole or filleted and battered. These fish dishes are minimally sauced, allowing the true flavours to speak for themselves. With a slew of fresh fish, steaks and other refined fare on offer, the train departing from Platform One is not to be missed.
