Green pizzas are on the menu here. We know that doesn't sound too appetising, but we're not talking about the colour. The woodfired pizzas at Verde are made from 100 per cent organic flour and local ingredients. Try the roast pumpkin pizza with goats cheese, pine nuts, tomato and rocket; or the pork and fennel sausage pizza with cherry tomato, parmesan and oregano.

Best pizza ever!
Great authentic pizza place, beautiful thin pizza's with excellent quality toppings - well worth the trip to Kyneton, Try the Pork and apple or the Winter special saut?ed leek, Gorgonzola, prosciutto & rocket - delicious! We will return often!

Worth the trip
Pizza Verde is by far the best wood fired pizza I have had in Melbourne. The trip to Kyneton which was our first family trip to this town is truly satisfying to me and my family's gastronomic senses! We had its special for the day, my kids had hawaiian, and had the pizza with zucchini, feta cheese and basil! It was very refreshingly different.
Service was great and it was fast! We were served by a lady (whose name escapes me at the moment). She was great, and we also had the chance to chat with another staff member who was more than happy to accommodate us even at the last minute.
We will definitely be back again for this treat.
I highly recommend this place, most especially to pizza lovers!

I never knew organic food tasted so good
I've tried organic before and been left totally disappointed. However, this is not the case at Pizza Verde. The smells of roasted garlic and the wood-fired pizza hit you as soon as you walk through the door.
Staff are attentive without being a nuisance. Children are catered for nicely. The produce is fresh local and tasty. This is by no means a cheap meal as one hopes pizza will be. But the portions are generous and when foods as good as this you can forgive the price.
Highly recommend for a nice relaxed meal all the family can enjoy.
