This relative newcomer to the Hawthorn foodscape dedicates all its efforts to the perfection of the worldwide favourite that is pizza.
As the name alludes, the humble pizza is something of a deity here. A succinct menu doesn't try too much but delivers on all promises. The classic margherita pizza tops the menu as the pinnacle of simple elegance, while the lamb pizza (roast lamb, olive tapenade, feta and oregano with a tomato concasse) is a prime example of how a pizza can be both richly topped and delicately balanced.
