Since Rudy Arbolino and Vito Russo opened the first Pizza Inn in 1985, their humble venture has grown into a successful and ever-growing chain of pizzerias. But this is no ordinary big-business, mass-made pizza chain, with the main point of difference being the simple ethos of quality over quantity. The other point of difference, of course, is the dough, which is still made from the same recipe Rudy's aunt used in her pizzeria in Naples more than 50 years ago. All the pizzas are hand-made fresh to order, and are as traditional as you're likely to encounter this side of Italy, which is what has made the Pizza Inn restaurants so well-loved.
