From the spicy tandoori chicken of the Taj Mahal, to the plum sauce-infused vegetarian Shanghai, the pizzas are packed with gourmet ingredients that evoke their national origins. Naturally, the old-fashioned margherita, Hawaiian and Napoli pizzas are on hand to please traditionalists.
