Breezy, modern and bright, this is contemporary beachside dining at its most stylish. The mod-Oz menu suits the decor to a tee with light, Mediterranean-inspired dishes such as the Noosa spanner crab linguini with chilli, lemon and garlic; and the roasted deboned spatchcock with pan fried gnocchi, cavalo nero and roast garlic. There are also dedicated vegetarian and gluten-free menus for those with special requirements, but with dishes like caramelised quail with crispy noodles and shimeji mushroom salad, they will surely tempt plenty of meat and gluten lovers too.
