In the heart of Moonee Ponds, Red Umbrella turns up the heat with its fresh woodfired pizzas and various other Italian favourites. Replacing previous haunt Pistachio in mid-2009, this casual eatery provides inexpensive comfort food to the good people of Puckle Street.

Very basic
This restaurant is very basic with a very simple menu. We ordered a chicken schnitzel which had ham (not indicated on the menu) it and I told the lady we were allergic to it and she suggested "we just take the ham of and re-cook it" ?????? However we finally recieved our meal and when we finished eating we waited thinking that the waitress would come to offer us coffees since she was not busy and the restaurant was empty. However I had to get up to go order coffees. Food was not the best and service was not hot crash either.
