"The world is your oyster", so the saying goes, yet at Pierre's Oyster Seafood Restaurant, the world is actually made up of oysters in all of their slippery and succulent glory. Before you even get to the entrees, a slew of oyster varieties coax you into submission, from the au naturale oysters with lemon, to the more gourmet freshly shucked kind with smoked salmon, Champagne and Yarra Valley caviar.
Now that your oyster adventure is done, you can concentrate on entrees and mains from both land and sea, such as chargrilled ox tongue, pan-fried John Dory fillet, Southern rock lobster, and twice-cooked duck breast, to name but a few of the many menu highlights. The desserts continue the decadent and highly French-influenced trend, featuring crepe suzette, vanilla creme brulee, a chocolate tart and much more to complete your refined dining experience.

Fantastic seafood and staff
I took my sister from Canada for lunch and what a wonderful time we had. The service and food were perfect. Staff extremely friendly and helpful Highly recommend to everyone
