It's not to be judged by its somewhat garish lime green walls, since Phuong is a real Vietnamese hotspot in the heart of Crows Nest. This eatery packs out with locals even on weeknights, and that's testament to the tastes on the plates (and in the bowls). You'll find curries, hotpots, noodles, and even some sizzling chicken and beef sensations to warm up the palate.
