Inspired by a love of music (obviously the owners are Vivaldi fans) and a love for the seaside suburb of Semaphore, the staff at Phore Seasons Restaurant have created a classy dining experience. The traditional Italian cuisine has a strong focus on fresh, seasonal produce, while the beer and wine lists (not to mention the prices) are just as refreshing. Try the popular roasted pork belly in Italian herbs; or perhaps the vegetarian pumpkin and ricotta tortellini; or the goat ravioli. Whichever meal you choose, take the time to relax and breathe in the classical ambience. Hey, you can even sing along to the smooth sounds of the baby grand piano - just make sure you request a Vivaldi sonata.

happy vegan
The Phore Seasons' talented and accommodating chef responded with enthusiasm and positivity to my query about the possibility of creating a vegan meal for me. Leaving the decision as to what to make up to her proved wonderfully successful, with a truly exceptional meal presented to me. I highly recommend this restaurant to all, particularly anyone struggling to find reassuring responses to queries about specific dietary requirements.

Exceptional Food
We chose to dine at Phore Seasons after discovering the tantalising sample menu in our Entertainment Book, then after reading several good reviews we were really looking forward to dinner last Friday evening. The Front of house service was warm, friendly and welcoming and after our drinks orders were taken the dificult task of choosing from the varied menu began. The food was exceptional with wonderful flavours and presentation and as was the case with the Seafood Linguini the freshness of the produce and the skill of the kitchen is abundantly clear. My wife being a vegetarian commented that the entree and main that she enjoyed were delicious and refreshing in that they were made with flavoursome ingredients combined thoughtfully and with obvious care, this she found in stark contrast to some restaurants that offer a token veg dish or two thrown togethar without much regard. I would highly recomended this restaurant.
