As the name suggests, traditional pho is the signature dish at this bustling little Vietnamese diner in the heart of the 'burbs.
Don't let the modest decor fool you, Pho Hung has been serving up some of the best pho to be found in Melbourne for more than a decade. The broth is packed full of flavour, without the unwanted masses of oil that can sometimes accompany it at other restaurants. The prices are exceptionally reasonable and the servings are, not to overstate the matter, gargantuan. Most pho dishes some in small, medium or large and the bigger options should only be considered when you have a serious hunger to tackle.
