Phamish is one of the newer kids on the St Kilda block but it's certainly hit the ground running. Catering to early morning brekkie-on-the-goers, late night revellers and everyone in between, they're already winning big points.
Inside the slate grey, industrial chic motif fits in well with the stylish facade of St Kilda's thriving Esplanade. The menu is similarly en vogue, with an internationally inspired list of modern dishes. Middle Eastern leanings creep into the menu with additions like the bourek-style spiced lamb cigars, while a quick foray into Japan with prawn gyoza shows that the food here is anything but one dimensional. Throw into the mix a smart wine list and a succinct but devilishly tempting array of desserts and you've got all the makings of a St Kilda classic.
