For a restaurant that seats 250 people, Pescare is remarkably intimate. This authentic Italian establishment caters for all, whether you are an intimate couple staring at the candlelight in each other's eyes, or a large family celebrating a christening on a Sunday afternoon. The warmly lit setting makes you feel right at home, yet the chic decor still holds a style of its own. One dish that always pleases tables, no matter how big, is the fresh seafood platter. A select but generous assortment of barramundi, calamari, scallops, prawns and other seasonal seafood is prepared battered, crumbed and char-grilled to satisfaction, then topped with a light prawn and avocado salad. The eye fillet is also unsurpassable. Sandhu, the chef's speciality, is recommended medium to medium rare, served with roast potato and salad.

Pescare
I have been here a few times for dinner and the greatness of the food blew me away. It is more of a family restaurant, with a atmosphere. The crowding of people makes it hard for the waiters/waitress to place their order, but they also have hearing difficulty hearing, which was a problem for some people. But it was a very interesting place, with the stand out being the decor and food. Three-and-a-half stars.
