After leaving the Queanbeyan Bowling Club, the Nibblez caterers have moved on to bigger and better things, assuming residence in the newly spruced-up Roos Club.
Peppers @ The Roos is exactly what you would expect from the great team at Nibblez when given a bit more room to play. The menu skips between bistro classics and more modern fare effortlessly. The pork cutlet on a bed of creamy mash with pear and apple relish and seasonal veggies is a laudable interpretation of the club grub staple, while a tender duck breast with soy and ginger glaze on a bed of sweet potato mash with Chinese broccoli shows what this kitchen is truly capable of.
