"Vote for Pedro", as movie hero Napoleon Dynamite would say, and the same could be said for Pedro's Pit Pizza Restaurant in Port Melbourne (though it's more about Napoletana than Napoleon at this dynamite eatery). The menu is packed with an explosive selection of traditional and gourmet pizzas, pastas, salads, focaccias, parmigianas and a whole lot more. Some of them are quite literally explosive, like the triple chilli-infused pizza with hot salami, aptly named The Fire, though for something cooler on the tongue a safe bet might be a barbecue chicken or a Greek-style Athenian pizza.
