The food is mainly Middle Eastern at Pause and the interior is cave-like. The pastries and mezedes platter are excellent, or tuck into one of the best pies this side of Marrakech: it's a pyramid of puff filled with lamb, pine nuts, cinnamon and cumin. The spinach, mint, haloumi and fetta version is also out of this world. They come from all over and for good reason.

Very Nice
Pause is a great place to go for a cocktail and somthing to eat with friends. The atmosphere and staff are welcoming, the limited menu is well priced with a range of entrees, including plates to share, mains (try the Marakesh meatballs)and desserts. There is an excellent cocktail list and ample amounts of quality wines as well as international and local beers. All together well worth a visit.
