Students at the Southbank Institute of Hospitality run this bistro on campus, preparing and cooking the food themselves as well as providing all the front of house staff and taking care of the smooth running of service day and night. Considering you're being cooked for by some of the finest chefs of tomorrow, this place is incredible value, serving bistro-style dishes at very reasonable prices. With service as good as any in the city, it's evident the quality of the training these young hopefuls are receiving is excellent, so it's no wonder some of Brisbane's best talent comes out of these doors.
