Established in 1983, Patee Thai is a member of a small group of entrepreneurial restaurants who took a chance with a little-known cuisine back in the days when people still thought sweet and sour pork was the height of exotic eating. Their perseverance has paid off, with the restaurant enjoying an enduring reputation for serving authentic Thai food in an atmospheric setting. The menu features the full range of Thai flavours that most of us are now familiar with, from a searing jungle curry to tom yum and galangal soups, or fish in a spicy kaffir lime sauce.
