Perfect
We had our engagement party at Pangaea. We had 70 people attending and pre-ordered the $35 banquet. The night was fantastic and thoroughly enjoyed by all! The staff at Pangaea make that extra effort to ensure that everything is perfect and the food is second to none. I cannot recommend Pangaea highly enough.

Great tappas & a drink
Went for a drink and catch up with friends. Excellent customer service. Staff saw our bottle of white wine and greeted us whith an ice bucket straight away. The duck pancakes were addictive, very nice tappas. Great decor and atmosphere. Modern, classy and comfortable.

What an experience !
Our group of 5 recently experienced the most wonderful meal at Pangaea. We had the $35.00 banquet and it was truly a taste temptation - every mouthful was delightful! The staff were ALL excellent; friendly, efficient and obviously worked well together. We had a table outside and the perfect weather helped to round off the evening. Well done, Pangaea !

Great
I've been to Pangaea twice now. A friend and I ate there last Friday night. The restaurant was very busy which made it a little noisy but other than that it was excellent. The staff were very friendly, the service excellent and the food delicious. We had a selection of dishes - peking duck pancakes, risoto balls, sushimi yellow fin tuna and bugs (yumm!).

Better experience this time
Last year when I went, the food was horrible. Last week was the first time after a year and the food has improved, although the service is very slow.

horrible experience
After my graduation we made our way to this restaurant late afternoon for lunch. Their service was terrible and I felt like they are making sure we wouldn't come back! Food was mediocre. I won't go there again.

Try to tapas menu
I recently went to dinner here with a group and tried the tapas banquet. There were 11-12 little courses and all were fantastic - the duck pancakes were a favourite with the whole table! For $40/ head it was excellent value and it was great to be able to try a range of things rather than sticking with the same large dish. They are also BYO and graciously decanted a wine we bought with us.

Not Doing Themselves Justice
After having a very satisfying lunch, decent sized servings and good wine earlier in the month, I was quite disappointed after organising a xmas lunch banquet to find the food less than interesting and the staff verging on rude rather than just quirky. Why does the banquet have to be "less than adequate" Wouldn't it surely be the way to show off your expertise rather than water it down?
