Following the immensely popular Brisbane branch, this Ipswich eatery replicates the upbeat environment of sugar-loving bliss, decked out more like a pancake pub than a breakfast cafe (and no wonder, since it's open from early till late every day). As well as the signature namesake dessert, Pancakes serves up a range of savoury crepes (potato, seafood, vegie, mushroom and Greek-style), gluten-free pancakes, and for more filling fare, the burgers and steaks with chips.
