At the many different incarnations of Pablo and Rusty's Espresso Bars, exceptionally talented baristas can be found pulling shot after shot of espresso, in the hope that they will one day reach the holy grail of espresso - the god shot. It's this dedication to perfection that makes the coffee here absolutely sublime; this and the fact that they use single-origin blends that are good on the planet as well as on any espresso nut's tastebuds.
