Recommended for weekend brunch
Oscars was recommended for weekend brunch by another restaurant. We were not disappointed, the food was fresh, really well cooked, presented hot and pleasing to the eye. Service was great even though they were very busy (obviously popular with the locals, as the staff seemed to know them all) but we didn't feel neglected. Atmosphere was typical relaxed weekend brunch. We enjoyed it so much we went back the next day.

A very nice place for lunch
After spending quite a few days out camping we decided to have lunch in Alice Springs at Oscar's. We were pleasantly surprised. The service was very friendly and prompt without being over the top; we both had lovely Caesar salads which were perfectly dressed with just the right amount of toppings and a poached egg that was perfectly cooked (its not that hard but it seldom happens) followed but a few G & T's I would recommend this place for casual lunch or dinner.
