Hobart diners can expect the best and freshest seafood to be served in their restaurants, and Orizuru Sushi Bar won't disappoint. Aside from sushi and sashimi, other Japanese staples available here include teriyaki, gyoza and tataki - lightly-seared beef and tuna in a strongly-flavoured marinade.

I beg to differ having the best Japanese restaurant in Australia (perhaps in Hobart) is Hanabashi in Melbourne. The sushi isn't up to standard in terms of presentation. Sub-standard...the rice did not stick well and the nori cracked. However the fish is fresh.
