Causing mocha mayhem and espresso obsession among Hobart city-goers, the three Oomph Coffee cafes in the CBD represent the fine work of an independent Tassie coffee roasting company. Each day heralds a new coffee experience at Oomph, as the baristas use their expertise to do justice to the ever-changing selection of boutique blends and single-origin beans from across the globe.
Many of the artisan-roasted coffees are organic, Fair Trade, Rainforest Alliance and of other ethically sound backgrounds (not to mention filled with both subtle and exotic flavours). While the coffees are the stars of the show at Oomph, each cafe serves up a neat selection of gourmet pitas, sandwiches, soups, muffins, cakes, slices and tarts.
