The fish and chips here are pure heaven (at least, this is what all the cool Fitzroy kids are saying). Using a classic beer batter, white fish fillets are lovingly fried until golden and served up, accompanied by thick, hand-cut chips - it's truly a taste sensation. And the experience is so good that many a Melbourne local can be seen queuing in a line that seems to go on forever.
