Annual Diners
We have been to Ocean Chill the last two years when we have had our annual holiday nearby. This year we went twice. As soon as you arrive a bottle of cold water and chilled glasses arrives. You need it on the mid north coast in Summer. The waitress constantly monitors the restaurant to gauge what the patrons will need. There is no pretension and any questions are answered clearly. We loved the food which was beautifully cooked. It is clearly all cooked on the premises. My duck breast was cooked perfectly. My favourite is the orange and lavender creme brulee which is served in a wide shallow dish so there is always some crunchy toffee to go with the custard underneath. We love this place. The only thing I would like is some table covering as I tend to stick to the table but I always get the table by the louvre windows to catch the breeze. A really relaxed night out but with excellent food and great service.
