True pioneers of the organic movement, co-owners Mick Gay and Shane Hillard have been supplying Sydney with fresh and tasty organic food since 1999. Beginning with the original cafe in Surry Hills, the boys expanded to other locations throughout the city, always finding a booming market for their brand of organic goodness. A premium is placed on local, seasonal produce, with gluten-free, vegan and dairy-free options also in abundance.
