These chicken burgers and piri piri chips are to die for
Joao used to work at the ANU's God's cafe and his new venture is just marvellous. I love to have the piri piri chicken burger with chips and maybe a Sumol to wash it down. It's not very ambient in Mawson, but O Frango is always worth a visit.

Fantastic homemade Portuguese food!
We stopped past on the way home from work last night and grabbed a sample pack for two.
after spending December in Portugal I can tell you the food at O Frango is pretty much spot on ! The cod cakes were to die for!
We also found out that they have special 'home style' lunches every second Sunday where the chef cooks up whatever traditional fare he feels like. We'll be going back for the home style sardines!
Great food, location is decent although the interior leans more towards a take away style establish which detracts from the atmosphere a little.
