This Noosaville ice-creamery offers plenty of traditional Sicilian flavours, made according to master gelato maker Luigi De Luca's traditional methods. It also offers daring, Australianised combinations like fig and mascarpone, ginger and honey, burnt caramel, and organic pineapple and coconut. There are low-GI sorbets, frozen yoghurts, Costa Noosa coffee and rich Italian hot chocolate, too. Also on offer is a brilliant Sicilian breakfast, presenting freshly brewed coffee granita topped with cream and served with brioche for a perfectly sweet start to the day.
